Need to hear some success stories..

I'm currently about 4.5 weeks pregnant. I had a chemical at 6 weeks in April and a mmc at 10 weeks in October. Was on progesterone the 2nd pregnancy. I saw my Dr this Monday and he put me on progesterone, folic acid, and baby aspirin. I also take a prenatal and a b complex. Has anyone been put on these medications and had a successful pregnancy? Our first sonogram isn't until the 27th so

I have been trying not to think about the pregnancy in case it doesn't progress but of course it's super hard not to. I haven't had many symptoms which worries me as well. Any encouraging words would be helpful. ❤️
