Christmas trouble

I can’t figure out what to get anyone for Christmas!!

I really like mugs, I was thinking I could get everyone a mug with something they like on it (my sister would get a dragon mug) and then put stuff inside it I know they like or that I want to get them. That way it’s more personal and then get them one gift on top of that that was on their list. This is for family.

My question is, is that lame? Stockings our one of our favorite parts of Christmas and I don’t want to take away from the stockings.
