Bacterial vaginosis

Im 22 and I’m so prone to bacterial vaginosis and I have no clue why, I’m a really clean person down there and what not. It’s so embarrassing!! Especially having a fiancé who wants to have fun and I keep making up excuses and avoiding it and he can tell something is up. I used to get it every other month before getting pregnant with our son, most times it would go away on it’s a own In a few days, or the odd time I would have to go to the doctor to get an antibiotic which is also super embarrassing 🤦🏼‍♀️.

While pregnant I never got it and now I’ve had it twice since having my son and he’s 6 months old, and this time it’s not going away and I’m too embarrassed to go back to the doctor.

Is there anything I can buy over the counter at the drugstore that will get rid of it???
