How to lose weight fast?

I literally have no motivation. I have many events coming up and i look like a blob. I lost myself.

Just get up and get out and move. You have to want it to work for it. You can do it! Start with walks and cutting back on your calorie intake. Keep a food journal.

“Lose weight fast” makes me wary. Mostly because fast/crash diets usually aren’t healthy and even if/when the weight comes off, it often comes back quickly because it’s difficult to sustain the “crazy” changes you made for that specific diet. 
Focus more on being healthy for the long term (not just looking good for the events you have coming up). Start making heathy choices in your food. This can include drastic changes if you want, like doing keto or being vegan, but it can be as simple as switching white grains for whole grains and cut out soft drinks. 
Exercise is also really important for your health and feeling better. Walking has the highest compliance rate of most exercise routines because it’s easy to do. Make a goal of 8000-10000 steps a day and do it everyday for 30 days. After doing something everyday for 30 days it starts to become an ingrained habit that will also be a gateway to other activities/exercises you may enjoy (swimming, running, tennis, Rumba, yoga ... etc.).
I was in a rut with my weight (post baby) and couldn’t seem to lose the last 15 pounds. I started walking every night while I watch TV and now I walk/run 4-7 miles everyday and I’m back to my pre pregnancy weight and motivated to lose more. I also track my calories on the “Lose-it” app (it’s free).
