Help ya girl out !
I really want to lose weight (40-50lbs). I realize that it will take awhile to complete this goal but I feel very discouraged about the gym and what to do for workouts. I have no issue with eating a healthy and balanced diet but it’s the exercising part I need help with. Everyone says weights will help burn more calories... but I also like doing HIIT workouts. I need a workout that I can ease into for the first couple weeks until I can make going to the gym a real habit. Any suggestions, tips or tricks?
