Bedtime Help

Hi all, my daughter has just turned 11 months and bedtime has always been a struggle for us. When we put her down at night, she cries every single time and anywhere from 5-30 minutes. She fights the entire bedtime routine and had zero interest in sleeping. Currently our routine is bath, get dressed for bed, bottle, brush teeth, read a book, sing a song, then I put her in her crib. She fights getting dressed, won't drink milk, resists listening to a book, and then cries herself to sleep. Obviously this isn't working for us. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to have a happy and peaceful bedtime routine?
