Hey everyone! Silly question here. When does the second trimester start? Is it the first day of week 12, last day of week 12 or first day of week 13?

Day 94. Each trimester is 93 days. So 13 weeks 3 days is the start of the second trimester. The third trimester starts on day 187 so 26 weeks 5 days.

I've always been told middle of week 13. But yeah, it can be confusing when you hear so many different answers! I'm just starting week 13 today, and I'M PUMPED.

I think it’s technically 12 weeks 3 days or something like that. My OB counts the first week of the second trimester as week 13.
