Postpartum depression/rage?

Robyn

I've been open with you ladies about my struggles with postpartum depression and anxiety. It was severe from 0-4 months postpartum and then subsided but has suddenly came back with a vengeance.

Now before I go labeling what I'm experience as postpartum depression/rage, I need to give myself grace and factor in the below as this may be causing it to be heightened:

- I'm a SAHM, I'm with my son 24/7, I never ask for anyone to watch him therefore I don't go out without him. I bring him everywhere.

- I haven't had a break for some me time in the whole 9 months he's been born. I've wanted to get a haircut, nails done, shopping etc. But just feel so awful leaving him with someone else

- It's the holiday season so inevitably it's stressful with spending money, buying gifts etc.

- I'm due for my period any day now so my hormones are all over the place.

With that being said, my gut is telling me the above factors are what's causing my postpartum depression/anxiety and rage to be at an all time high.

I'm noticing I'm SO much more angry than I ever used to be. I'm usually a very calm, cool and collected person but these past few weeks I get so worked up.

I'm just feeling a little defeated and alone and would love to hear what you ladies think and if you are going through something similar.
