Due date?

My doctor and I have been going by different due dates apparently. I had a dating ultrasound at 8 weeks which put me at Feb 29, and I have been going by that due date from the start. However, at my appointment today I realized my doctor is going by my last missed period which is Feb 21. I just figured my dating ultrasound was the most accurate, so I’m surprised to see that he is not going off of that date. Is this weird to anyone?

My doctor is the same, so basically I am Told that I'm due February 11th, but she is measuring a week ahead.

They have told me it's within two weeks of the lmp, that the measurements could either be more accurate, or just the difference in growth of the baby.
Apparently one of the more accurate scans is about 8-12 weeks in

That's pretty normal. Unless there is a bigger difference they often keep the original due date. It seems some doctors have a big tolerance for variation than others....but a week give or take...baby comes when they want.

My doctor is the same he’s going by my last period but when I see my midwife she go’s by my dating scan

At my dating scan I was measuring a week farther than my lmp, my doctor still decided to keep my due date as February 17th based on my lmp
