Does coffee go through breast milk?

i have a 7 month old baby . Last night he went to bed at 8;45 pm & while he slept & i got up & made some coffee. He woke up at 10 & stayed up until 1:30 am. 😭 Today, it happened again. I drank some coffe while he slept & he's been up since 9 & won't go back to sleep. It's currently 12:25 am & he's wide awake , with lots of energy. & i was just thinking about it, is the coffee i drank the cause of all of this?😂🤦🏻‍♀️ Tell me please, so i can stop. smh
