Success stories...possible trigger

I just had my right tube removed 2 days ago from an ectopic. My ovary is still untouched says the doctor. I was 4w4d. I’m really considering trying again later on down the line but I’m feeling a little discouraged as my doctor said if it happens once it can happen again even though he ensured me that my left tube was perfectly fine. Has anyone had any success in a healthy pregnancy after an ectopic? I would love to hear your stories.
