What could this be?

Usually I wear my fit bit on my wrist all the time and I never used to have issues with it untill recently. I had to replace the straps over a year ago and we just found some cheap knock offs that fit and looked good so we went with those. I had no issues for a long time and as of recently it has left a mark on my wrist where this circle metal part on the band sits. It's not itchy or Anything but it doesn't look good and I've had the watch off for almost 24 hours now and it's still very visable. Anyone have any idea why this mark is here?

Also the red line on my arm is a scratch from playing woth the dog before 😅 (I'm sure you dog owners know the struggle of a jumpy playful dog)

If you dont regularly wash and dry your skin and your watch, it can lead to a build up of bacteria and cause a skin reaction. Since it's a cheap knock off, you could have a reaction to the cheap material that it's made out of because of lack of regulation. If it goes away while keeping it clean and dry, you should probably be ok. If it gets worse, have someone look at it. I probably wouldnt wear the watch anymore esp if it was super cheap. You probably dont know what its made out of. If you still want to consider using it, seal it with something (safe) to protect your skin from direct contact.

It may be a mild reaction to one fo the metals on the watch? I have a nickel allergy and tbh is doesn’t look like mine but mine is extremely severe. It could be the beginning of an allergy. Apparently the more you wear something with metal your body can build a reaction. Like I got my allergy from a year and a half of metal braces. You can always go to an allergist or dermatologist and get a patch test done just to be sure.
