C section incision oozing clear liquid and blood

I'm 4 months pp. Yesterday I noticed my c section incision was a little sore and found raised almost bump like sections of the skin directly over the middle of the incision. It was sore to the touch and I thought maybe it could've been a number of things, ingrown hair bump, scar tissue, a pimple. But just tonight while lying down I noticed the bumps have burst and are oozing blood and a clear like pus. Should I go to the ER or will I be able to wait thru the weekend to go see my doctor? Anyone else have this problem?
