Eczema ??

So I took my 3 yr old and 1 yr old to the E.R because they have small red bumps all over there body. I haven’t changed their detergent, lotion, or soap at all. They had it for 2 days now and they both got it around the same time. They said it looks like eczema but I’m just second guessing it since it’s just a coincidence they both have it all over there body and got it around the same time. I’m going to do an allergy test on Monday and talk to their pediatrician about it..

anyone had any kids with eczema ? Is this normal?
