Can too much cardio have reserve effect?
I don’t have a lot of weight to lose and lost what I wanted before, but now it seems weight watchers and my workouts are legit leaving me at a stand still. I run a little over 2 miles 5x a week and 1 spin class a week. Is that too much cardio and why I’m not losing weight? I’ve done light weight training in past and gained weight right away so I’m supper afraid of changing it up. Any tips or advice???
