Anxious..please help...

Im on birth control and my boyfriend wears condoms. We had sex and as i was getting off of him the condom came off inside me. The rim of the condom was still facing the outside but as soon as i realized what happened I pulled it out and immediately started having an anxiety attack as I went to the bathroom to clean myself up. We are not TTC and I need to know what to do
