Back Hip Pain
Ok. Real talk. I’m 36w and I know I’m supposed to lay/sleep on my side opposed to my back. I’ve been doing this with my pregnancy pillow and propped up pillows for my head. However, over the weeks my belly has gotten bigger (I was small for a long time) and now it’s puts immense pressure on my sides/hips.
How can I alleviate the pressure on my hips now? Should I be using pillows under my hips too? I just wanna cry 😭
