Sudden highish blood pressure

Idk where else to post this and I’ve made a doctors appointment for tomorrow morning. But I’m impatient and wanted to know if anyone has experience with anything like this.. I had pre eclampsia with my daughter that is 9 months old now, so I am familiar with what high blood feels like for me. (I get kinda short of breath, shaky and I just feel generally unwell)... On Friday I went to the OBGYN to have my IUD checked.. I felt fine, they checked my blood pressure (90/56... which is crazy low for me. But still not terrible) everything was good.. I woke up Saturday morning with my heart pounding.. so obviously I checked my blood pressure (127/82) not terrible but still much higher than my normal. Throughout the day I just kept chugging water and eventually it came down to like 110/68 and stayed that way for several hours.. But then spiked back up again right before bed. I drank two glasses of water, it came back down. I went to sleep.. then I woke up again to the same thing.. Obviously the water has something to do with it... Anyone else ever experience anything like this? I’m 23, 108 lbs, I eat pretty clean (no fast food or preservatives in 3 years),I don’t work out so maybe that’s a problem, and I’m also breastfeeding. Just wondering if anyone has had this happen or if you know anything about this type of thing! The highest it’s gotten is 130/90 and that was after picking up my daughter. It hasn’t gotten high than that.
