What do I do

I got my first pap like 4ish weeks ago and I don't remember for sure, but I think she said if you don't hear from us call in a few weeks. Idk maybe I'm just remembering wrong cause people have told me "no news is good news" and some people have also told me that they get a letter in the mail if everything was all good. I've got no call and nothing in the mall so I'm assuming I have to call. I would just leave it because I'm 20 and absolutely hate making phone calls, but I think I got something going on down there so I kind of have to call since I have to be an adult and be responsible for my own health and all that. Like why else would I have a funky smell? I've been thinking it's BV but idk.

How do I go about calling them? The receptionist answers the phone and I say "I got my pap a few weeks ago with (name of nurse) and I'm calling for the results"? Or what? I always get so worried ima mess up and sound stupid. Half the time when I have called they transfer me and the nurse doesn't answer and I have to leave a voicemail, which I am also terrible at. When leaving voicemails you always leave your name and number right? I'm never sure how make calls.
