What could be wrong?

I’ve changed my baby, fed her, even pumped some into a bottle to make sure she ate, she just keeps screaming and crying. This is going on 4 hours 😩 I’m taking her on a drive she will sleep in the car seat but not her bassinet

At 4 days it's probably something like gas, reflux or trying to pass a stool. Pop her on your chest and gently pat her back. If she's still crying after a few minutes, pop her in the crook of your arm like you're hugging her and rub her belly in gentle circle motions. 
If not you may need to take her out in the pushchair for a walk around the block. Make sure she's wrapped up according to your weather etc.

Could be something in your diet. My baby was like this since we left the hospital. Assumed it was gas. Pediatrician said try gripe water and gas drops. No luck. 11 weeks old and discovered a milk allergy. I'd call the pediatrician. Dont just assume its normal like I did.

If you haven’t tried skin to skin, get that shirt off. My son was like this the first two weeks and once I had him naked on my chest he calmed right down. Short lived, but saved my sanity. It will get better!!!!
