Pregnancy with pcos

Hi girls

This is a funny question but I would like some advice or info not horrible comments please.

I found out I have pcos three months ago now and am under gaining blood tests to check how I ovulate etc we decided to try for a baby now as it can take some time for this to happen and right now I’m relaxed and not stressed about it.. question I want to know is how will I know if I’m pregnant as my periods can be 9-12 weeks apart?
