11 weeks 5 days and spotting

Last night I went to the bathroom and when I wiped there was some blood on the toilet paper. I’ve don’t nothing out of the ordinary and we haven’t had sex. I thought it could’ve been from trying so hard for a bowel movement because I’ve been constipated on and off for the last 11 weeks. I also have some lower stomach pain and low back pain on the right side which is the side the baby is on but once again it could just be constipation pain. I haven’t noticed anymore spotting this morning but plan to call the doctor when they open. Ughhh The 1st trimester is stressful. Has this happened to anyone else ?
