Career/jobs after divorce

I’m feeling like my life is completely out of control, and I need to prepare myself for the possibility of having to provide for myself and my two year old. I am a stay at home mom, and I am wondering what career paths/jobs other women have found to gain some independence. I have a bachelors degree in psychology, but mostly just retail and childcare experience. What is your job???
