Help please. 💩

Hiya

A bit of back story.

My son suffered from constipation about 6weeks old not going for 5/6 days at a time. Having hard green stools (sometimes mugs or someone's logs). Along with trapped wind.

Was suggested to use cow and gate comfort milk by health visitor.

Continued for a while. Was given a stool softener by the doctors.

Eventually he became regular.

Then solids introduced and became bunged up again.

Repeated the stool softener and he became regular and having 'normal' poops

Now recently.

Has turned one 12th November.

Just before his birthday about the 10th I started to introduce whole cows milk as a drink.

(Has been having milk and dairy in foods since weaned)

He came down with a cold. The day after his birthday. Coughing sneezing cough and runny nose. But then started vomiting and having offensive smelling runny poops. (I think the vomiting was due to coughing while lying down as he only vomited at night in bed)

So I went back to the normal comfort milk until his cold had gone. After a few days his poops went back to normal.

He had his one year jabs the Wednesday 4th December.

Seemed fine with them. Warned by the nurse he might get a rash from the MMR injection.

Last Monday 8th I reintroduced semi skimmed milk rather than whole milk. ( My Sister in law suggested to gradually introduce whole milk as it can be a bit too rich for babies bellies.)

So far so good. But was a bit grumpy and windy from about Thursday.

10 days after his jabs and a week full week after Reintroducing milk the mild rash appears. Tummy and back. Movinging to limbs and face.

A day later his stools have changed to how they did the first time I gave him whole will. He's also very gasy and bloated at times. And has been for about 4/5 days. (Does suffer with trapped wind has done since he was little on and off)

I'll attach a picture of his last nappy. I've changed him several times before and after that picture in the space of about 6 hours.

What are peoples thoughts?

Should I contact the doctor or just try a substitute for now.

Also I say for now as I have his 1 year health visitor review Wednesday and will bring it up then. Just want someones brain to pick for now.
