Clean eating

I’ve literally tried to diet like 10 times and quit within a few days EVERY SINGLE TIME . So now I’m working on fasting , didn’t start yet still watching YouTube video about it , my main problem is breaking the fast, what foods can I eat to break my fast ? Also I’m cutting out real meat , and TRYING TO CUT OUT JUNK. FOOD, I’m a snack junkie 😩 .. also, how long after cutting it out do you see and feel a difference in your body? I’m considered pre-obesity. I’m 19, 2 kids 5’3 and weight 161 . If anyone can give me tips/ answers / advice on these I’ll really appreciate it. Thanks in advance ❤️
