Help! Sex after baby issues

Hello ladies!!

I don’t know where else to ask this question so I’ll try here. My son has just turned 1 and I still tear EVERY TIME my husband and I have sex. It’s not even aggressive sex or crazy positions, just normal. When he was about 3 months I went in because my tear still hadn’t healed and they told me that a stitch had popped and so they “burned” it with silver nitrate and sent me on my way. It kept tearing and then it would heal and then tear and then heal... on and on. I went back in at 6 months and they did the same thing. It’s still tearing! I’ve tried not having sex for a while to let it fully heal but it just won’t. What can I do?
