Not the visit I expected! Need some encouraging words!

We just had our first ultrasound. There were four sacs. Only two babies at this time made it. I am 8 weeks 2 days pregnant but one baby is only measuring at 6 weeks with a low heart rate of 97 which is very concerning. Big baby is measuring perfect and HR is 176. The doctor doesn’t think the little baby is going to make it. We will know more in a few weeks. He said usually baby twos heartbeat will cease between 10-12 weeks if it isn’t going to make it. I’m considered high risk and have to go to The university of Kentucky Friday to see a specialist then will return to my regular doctor in two weeks for another ultrasound. We have to watch baby 2 closely. They said it will dissolve itself if it doesn’t make it. He kept talking like he was certain it wouldn’t survive. I can’t think like that because what if. And apparently the sacs is a freak miracle because no one in the office has ever seen anything like this. They said they’ve only seen quads with fertility treatments. I’m in shock and don’t know how to feel right now. Here is a picture of the twins and also one showing the four sacs.
