Anyone else?? Please!

Question

Anyone else with PPD or PPA experiencing the tingling sensation over their entire body as if they’re going to pass out? Anyone??? Or is it just me?! All lab work came back normal. Next step is a MRI due to my mom having a history of aneurysm’s 😰

I have a few times when my anxiety was really bad. Some days I just get dizzy spells too like the world is spinning and feel like I'm going to pass out which has been happening before I was even pregnant and they ruled everything out and said it was 'just' anxiety.

Yes, I will randomly get that feeling during a panic attack. It started halfway through my pregnancy and I still deal with it when I care for my 2 month old. Sometimes it's triggered by thoughts and other times I'll just be going about my day and it hits me. I hate it. I'm so sorry sweetie. I hope you get the help you need. 
Here's a little advice if you want it, I've noticed breathing exercises and physically making myself relax through guided meditation helps reduce the episodes.

Yes. I soon learned that my anxiety attacks can look like that and feel like that, not just crying and not being able to breathe. I would try coming at your anxiety treatments a little stronger and seeing what happens. Best of luck 💜 you’re doing great!
