Gestational diabetes!?!?

I’m 25 weeks pregnant and did have gestational diabetes my last pregnancy and did take insulin,after eating today though I felt like I had a major episode of high sugars I felt disoriented, headache,thirsty and nauseous, it’s probably the worst I felt this pregnancy, I am doing a 3 hr glucose test this Saturday,but after this episode I had today should I go to the hospital it lasted for 3 hours to the point I felt I was gonna pass out, should I wait until I take the test or these symptoms serious to go to the hospital to be monitored?! Any suggestions? I’m worried about my baby
