I had to find out myself I was 1cm dilated thanx google lol
So I went to the dr to get checked and my dr checked me and said he only can fit one finger in my cervix , my cervix was soft and I’m loosing my mucus plug but he didn’t say if I was dilating or not so i was looking online and it was basically describing that I was 1cm dilated
