List of things to help heal after vaginal birth?

This is my second child but my first being a csection. I have no idea what to get to help my vagina heal after birth and what things make it easier. Any help would be appreciated.

The hospital should give you everything that you would need. I would wait until after you get home from the hospital to buy more. I stocked up before birth and didn’t need ticks or numbing spray or ice packs 4-5 days after birth so I have a ton just  sitting at my house.

The Fridet peri bottle is way easier to use than the one from the hospital. Colace (stool softener). A little bottle or witch hazel - put a couple drops in the peri bottle. And peppermint oil! It sounds weird but put 2 drops in the toilet every time you go.

Everything other posts suggested plus I’ll add Sitz bath, best way to soak and feel clean.

Numbing spray and tucks pads. Men's underwear were super comfy and held my pads well. Also for pads I used the always flex pads they absorb very well and arent thick like diapers.
