help please :(

Whenever I bring something up to my boyfriend that leads to me crying, he tends to say that he’s “busy” or that he has “a lot of work that he could rather be doing.” Whenever we call and this ends up happening, he ends the call without resolving the issue.

Is this an example of stonewalling? Or am I in the wrong for not respecting his time and wishes? Am I being too sensitive?
