Scared— lack of sensation first time PP sex FTM

So my husband and I just tried to have sex for the first time 13 weeks PP and I literally felt NOTHING. I had 3rd degree internal and external tears. I have plenty of feeling in my clit, but there was absolutely no sensation when he penetrated me, aside from some pain where it felt like my vagina hole was stretching. He said everything felt normal like before. At my 6 week checkup, my midwife said everything had healed up nicely. Is the lack of feeling due to scar tissue? Has anyone else experienced this?? I have an appointment with a new OBGYN on January 21st so I’ll ask her about it, but I’m here looking for advice or similar stories please. It was so awkward that I was tense the whole time and no one finished ☹️ I hope it isn’t like this forever
