Help! Postpartum SPD!
Y’all, this third kid has been crazy.
I just got confirmed with SPD by our chiropractor. I’m not in a lot of pain but I want to make sure I heal well.
I’m 11 days PP.
Any suggestions that helped you out??
Also, did you notice longer PP bleeding if you had SPD? I’m still bleeding and with my previous two kids I had stopped by now.
