Need help - bleeding

So... long sorry

I gave birth in February 2019 almost 10 months pp now. I’ve bleed pretty much from birth.

I had about 3 weeks of straight bleeding after birth with I know is normal then a week without and then since my little girl was about 6 weeks old I’ve bled more than I haven’t. So usually I’ve been bleeding up to a month straight and then 3-4 days no bleeding then back to bleeding

I have a period, I know when this is as the bleeding is heavier and I get cramps but the other bleeding is just medium / light bleeding and no pain

I went onto a pill at 10 weeks PP to try and stop bleeding ... it didn’t help, changed pills twice. On the 3rd go it got worse... so the last few months I’ve kept of love of bleeding.

I HAVE BEEN TO THE DOCTORS AND THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING!!!!

Taken swabs to confirm no infection

They finally have sent me to gynaecologist but appointment not till May...😩

My last few months are as follows

Start Saturday 13th - Monday 22nd July

(9 days long)

Start Wednesday 31st July - 5th September

1 month 5 days long

Start Monday 9th September - 21st September

Start again 30th September - 13th October

19th October- 23rd November

Start - 27th November - 4th December

I’ve now COME OFF THE PILL to see what happens

(I was bleeding before going on, pill was meant to stop the bleeding)

HAS ANYONE ELSE EXPERIENCE THIS?

What’s your outcome. Or what should i do in the meantime before my gyno appointment.
