Ugh 😫

Well, I’m 31 weeks pregnant, at risk for premature labor(dilated to 2 cm and 60% effaced with baby head engaged in my pelvis already) anyways I’m sick with a horrible cough. Every time I cough I feel like he’s gonna just fall out. Can coughing cause me to dilate or go into labor? I know this is probably a stupid question but oh well. He’s so far down already that it hurts and coughing makes it hurt worse down there.😭🤷🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️
