Ivf half cancellation

So i started Gonal F last Saturday and did my scan after 4 days and the Dr saw 27 egg which is a good news but the bad news is that he told me due to this number of eggs he might have to freeze all the eggs because my uterine lining might be too thin to accept an embryo because of too much stimulation

Did anyone face this before ?

I had to travel to another country to do the IVF and my traveling days are only 21 days As i wanted to do a fresh transfer

Please if you have any advice for me or if you have experienced before pass me your knowledge and tell me what did you do ?
