First time buying a house

So I’m 25 years old. I’ve been at my job for 8 months. My credit is in the 700’s. I’m considering leaving my husband and I really don’t want to move back in with my parents. We have a 2.5 year old daughter so I’d want a place with more than 1 bedroom. I don’t have much in savings and haven’t been to the bank yet to talk about loans and a mortgage. It’s really scary to think I’ll be stepping out on my own. Can someone give me any advice. I have no idea where or how to start.
