I need to vent!

Ok, so my last period was Nov. 14th and my app said I was suppose to begin my next period dec 16th which never came today is now the 19th and it began as it looks like.. but I felt pregnant idk. I’ve been tired more than usual and I wanted to wait a little longer to take a test and now that I see my period has came I can’t help but feel disappointed now.. like I have no symptoms of cramping I mean I have but not bad like they come and go very little often I don’t understand I was hoping I was pregnant so badly but now that I see this light medium spotting that my period began devastates me
