yeast infection while pregnant ?😥

can having a yeast infection while pregnant cause you to feel pressure in your lower abdomen and side pains or is something else happening lol. i was just checked for preterm labor (29 weeks pregnant right now when i got checked) bc i was having contractions but wasn’t dilated. they stopped and i was sent home on bed rest for a little. i don’t know which one the pain could be from, the yeast infection or maybe preterm labor pains again?
