yeast infection???

so i’ve been fighting a reoccurring yeast infection for a couple months now. it goes away and comes back the week after my period every time! I got sick and was on heavy antibiotics and ever since then it’s not been the same. i’ve taken meds and my ob prescribed me pills for it and it went away and came back! I also get a little cut down there every time it comes back?! what’s the issue?!
