Hip/pelvic pain.help

Horrible hip pain(both sides and down my legs, like down by my vagina), bad enough that it woke me out of my sleep.Sitting, laying and standing isn’t making any difference. Is this normal? Or a sign I’m getting close to labor? Or is it part of labor?

I’m 31 weeks, had diarrhea last few days. I’m already 2cm and 60% effaced last week, I tested positive at 26 weeks for fFN and was dilated to 1 and 50% effaced. Baby head been right there since 26 weeks. This is my 3rd pregnancy but I never had this with my last two, they were born premature too though
