Postpartum bleeding

How common is it when you stop bleeding or have very little fainted brownish bleeding or barely any blood at all and then you start bleeding bright red but small amounts last days bleeding is common? The day before yesterday and other days, I had very little bleeding. I was excited thinking my period was almost officially gone. I had given birth about a month now. I have a bad habit of wiping myself hard so I thought my bleeding came from my anus but turns out today while peeing it came from my vagina. It’s small amounts I would say but it went back to bright red. Is that concerning? Or maybe I just wasn’t fully finished as I thought I would be
