sex without a condom

I had sex without a condom a week ago today. he pulled out. I know that is no form of birth control but I am also on the pill and have been for years which I take perfectly and when I say perfectly I mean never a minute late , no other medication or vomit or diarrhea. i’m freaking myself out which is giving my symptoms. my sugar pills (period) isn’t supposed to start for another 11 days. when should I test? or am I okay!
