Ovulation??

Question

So I’m taking 50 MG CLOMID and I’ll be having my progesterone labs done this cycle to see if I actually ovulate. I’ve been testing LH surge each month and I get a peak but dr is concerned I’m not actually ovulating. My question is, if I’m not ovulating on my own what happens next? Trigger shot? Different med? Just trying to be financially prepared because my insurance covers ZERO fertility.

I’m on my first medicated cycle now, 100 mg clomid, trigger shot and progesterone suppositories - cost about $250 if that helps at all. I don’t think my insurance covered much or any of the prescriptions but I could be wrong. I’d expect the dosage to increase next cycle to 100 mg if the 50 doesn’t do it and I’d ask about the trigger shot (most expensive of all for me, about $150)
