Postive opk but no ovulation ???

Question

Today was day 21 for me and I went in to get blood work done to check my progesterone levels.. my doctor informed me that it didn’t look like I ovulated from my results. 
This was my first round of clomid after finding out I have PCOS
Is it possible to get positive opk’s  and not really ovulate ? Or maybe I just got my bloodwork done too early ?? 
I’m not sure 😩
Either way she’s making me wait 2 weeks to see if I get another period or positive pregnancy test. 
HAS THIS EVER HAPPENED TO ANYONE ? 🥴🥴

To me, it doesn't look like you got a positive OPK til CD19. So if you got your blood drawn 2 days later, that would not show ovulation.  You need your progesterone tested 7 days after ovulation. But honestly, your doctor should know that🥴😬

I had that happen to me when I would test at home it would say I ovulated and the when I did the 21 day it would come back that I didnt. So that when I had a few ladies tell me on here that I should have had my 21 prog test done a different cd. Which makes sense if I ovulate later the testing needs to be done on a different date.

I’m day 21 tomorrow and I’ve been using those stupid digital OPKs and I still haven’t gotten an actual peak, just 8 days of a surge so far. So now I’m worried I haven’t ovulated. I hope things end up working out for you. Baby dust!
