Break up?

When I tell my bf I got invited to a party, wether it’s by coworkers, friends or etc, he says no, he “has to come with me.” Yet when it’s a party he gets invited to, he doesn’t mind that I’m not with him. Not to mention the fact that he won’t text me unless I text first or if it’s been a couple hours since he’s heard from me. Tonight was kind of a breaking point because he basically did what my ex did. My ex once went to a wedding, which he hadn’t even asked me to accompany him to, soon as he arrived, he didn’t text until the next morning talking about how drunk he got. Now, my bf went to his friend’s welcome home party. He’s only texted a couple times, didn’t even push the subject that I wanted to call off engagement & is basically drunk eating with his friends rn. Before it’s said that I need to stop dating drunkies, him and most of his friends just got back from either Army, Navy or Marines so they’re “having fun.” But I feel like my feelings aren’t being considered rn.. am I overreacting?
