Christmas gifts

This year my husband and I can only afford Christmas gifts for our 2 year old since we have been making extra payments for our son to go to speech. My grandmother who has custody of my niece asked if I were buying for the other kids (nieces/nephews) and I said we cant afford it this year, she then comes at me saying we try our hardest every year to get all of the kids presents, new used even from yard sales, Christmas is about the kids.

She made me feel guilty about the situation. Should I atleast attempt to get other kids stuff... I mean my husband and I didnt even buy each other gifts this year
