Headache

I'm not normally a big complainer, but I've literally had a headache for going on 10 hours now. I've taken Tylenol, had food and lots of water and nothing is helping. It's not the worst ever, but the consistency is killing me. I checked my blood pressure, and it was only 139/78, high for me, but nothing crazy. I'm starting to worry, but would feel stupid if it's nothing.
