My partner wants to name our daughter Roxie I don't like it, I suggested violet what's your thought on the name

Violet is a super pretty and classic name. Roxie, not so much. But you both have to like the name. Maybe compromise? Roxanne is a pretty name. Roxanne Violet or Violet Roxanne?

I knew an awesome girl named Roxie in school. She was cute, very friendly, and intelligent. All around great person. I really like the name. I also really really love flower names like Violet. I think it's something y'all both need to agree on though. Like pick a list of names and find ones you both can handle. 😃
